What a great post Sharath. Thought provoking and I have started to brainstorm in my head what I can do to help!

karen i have been doing the same as an individual and actually the key was to engage with more young people. that’s why i love our common sport of pickleball too - it opens up new spaces for cross generational meeting. my two boys play regularly with partners in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s and they are all equally good players. i think we need more spaces like that to begin with where generations can feel comfortable being with each other

Couldn’t agree more Sharath. As Boomers and GenXers we are obliged to mentor more, pro-bono. Inside and outside our organizations and networks. Career mentoring is hard work but the rewards, emotional and societal are deep.

michele agree. and i don’t it should come only for a sense of obligation - it can help give us meaning and purpose too
